A couple of years ago, I spent money on a book about the Navy Seals and how they worked out. I tried to find the book as a reference because of this article, but could not find it. In either case, I've retained some info from memory that I would love to share. For starters, there had been 4 primary components to the Navy Seals program: upper body training, stretching, core training, and aerobic exercise.
